My own voice feels withdrawn out of fear and another voice my Dad’s voice my dad’s way within me never fully opened up, because of the fear my mother holds towards him. This is double whammy mode. neither my mother’s aspect is fully open, nor my Dad’s aspect available within me in fully open. Both the modes are shutdown. When this mode of operation, this way of being becomes operational in cycles, everything appears to be at standstill, there is nothing dominant in the mind. while it is simple to switch out of this mode, like any mother mode, time and again there is anchoring in the mode, there is some movement some gravitation towards this mode. gravitation is the name. this gravitation needs to be ironed out. there is adip in the consciousness here. as if when it moves through this phase, it dips in this mode it is absored, and it takes effort, the first step is recognition if activation of this mode and then getting out of this mode becomes simpler. but this dip, needs resolving, because one never knows how long one operates in this mode, this is also something that needs to be checked. otherwise the entry into this mode is not my choice, the entry into this mode needs to be traaced, although stepping out of this mode is almost instant like choice, stepping into this mode cannot remain unconscious, the path that is leading up to this mode within needs to looked at and health with or managed. the two fundamental force that becomes activated in this mode of operation is fear, fear in the expression of self and fear towards the other, being fearful of the other. fundamentally it is about being fearful about, not about feafrul of the other. but at the same time the one who is fearful of the other, is also in fear. just in fear. what is tasking place first. is it fear of the other, or, fear of the self, or rather just being in fear. as long as getting out this mode is instant, it is not time consuming why bother about getting into this mode?
